Now moving on to the afternoon snack. I would suggest 3 ounces celery sticks and 2 tablespoon Humus. That’s it. Don’t try to take any juice or soft drink with your afternoon snack. Give a break to your stomach after taking light snacks at afternoon. It is necessary to go on a walk and burn some calories. Reserve 30 minutes daily to some physical exercise, whether in the morning or evening.

Now it is time for some dinner. You know very well that the dinner meal should be light and easily digestible. Never make any changes in your meals and take them in the same quantity as I discussed with you. Afternoon snack should be light and nutritious. You can take six ounces lemon yogurt or nonfat vanilla. Try to take any dessert sweetened with low-calorie sweetener. For the dinner, take one cup Brussels sprout, chicken fingers crusted with almonds, cooked couscous 2/3 cup and one medium sized peach.
